Mondo’s Commitment to Gender Equality
In order to maintain UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, we confirm that we’ll continue to implement concrete efforts to maintain a fair and inclusive corporate culture. To this end, targeted initiatives are planned, including training, internal listening, participation in events, and the dissemination of content relevant to professional life.
Some of Our Initiatives:
Fair Gender Representation at External Events
On April 5, the Mondo Group took part in a ceremony organized at the Croce Bianca in Cairo Montenotte, attended by the mayor and local volunteers. One of our representatives, Ginevra Astesiano, had the opportunity to participate in the event as a sponsor, expressing the company’s support for a local association severely affected by the October 2024 flood.
This initiative is part of the actions set out in our current strategic plan, which ensures fair gender representation at public events. The same applies to our external partners, in line with the KPIs of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard.
Other Initiatives Planned for October 2025
Two initiatives were launched for all company employees.
- A gender-equality training program was offered to strengthen the corporate culture and promote inclusive behaviours.
- A workplace-climate survey, with a specific focus on gender equality, was also conducted to gather perceptions, experiences, and suggestions aimed at improving the work environment.
The Mondo Group invites all its members and partners to take part in this journey and these initiatives. Building a fairer, more respectful, and more sustainable workplace requires tools such as open dialogue and collaboration within teams.
