At the UMMH Memorial Campus – New Inpatient Tower in Worcester, thoughtful design and high-performance materials come together to support a modern, patient-centered healthcare environment. Completed in 2024 and designed by Perkins + Will, the new inpatient tower reflects a commitment to healing-focused spaces that prioritize both clinical excellence and patient comfort.
To enhance the functionality and overall experience of the facility, approximately 66,948 sq. ft. of Mondo Contract Flooring solutions were installed, including Harmoni 3mm Roll (HG493, HG481, HG484) and Kayar Tiles (K27). Known for their durability, slip resistance, and ease of maintenance, these rubber flooring systems are well-suited to the rigorous demands of healthcare environments.
