The Broad Institute, located in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a leading research institution dedicated to advancing biomedical innovation and scientific discovery. The architectural design, led by HGA, reflects the Institute’s mission by fostering an environment that is both collaborative and forward thinking. To complement this vision, HGA selected Mondo Contract Flooring’s Kayar collection was selected in three tones: K104 Lacey Pearl, K64 Slate Teal, and K017 Natural Grey, bringing both visual continuity and practical performance to the space.

Designed to perform under the pressure of high foot traffic while delivering clean aesthetics and acoustic comfort, Mondo’s rubber flooring was the ideal solution. Its slip-resistant and easy-to-maintain surface not only meets the technical needs of a fast-paced scientific environment but also brings warmth and texture into spaces.
