A landmark of the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower has recently adopted our brand-new Massetto flooring for the mezzanine shopping area to cover a total surface of more than 2000 square meters. Bustling with shops and restaurants, the building also offers the unique experience of the dazzling “EdgeWalk”, where people can actually walk around the spherical pod, hands free, 356 meters from the ground.

The bright red and white vertical lines that light the tower at night inspired our design: we incorporated the same red lines in the floor, using our Kayar to separate the two Massetto nuances. Smooth rubber with a hand-painted concrete appearance, Massetto is making its way into some very interesting projects, promoting a new concept of flooring where the human hand plays a decisive role. With its unique concrete design, no two Massetto projects are identical.
