Gautesete Middle School

The original Gautesete School building, constructed in 1995, was later converted into a middle school. A new, energy-efficient addition was designed and built to passive house standards, connecting the existing building to the school’s auditorium, stage, music room, cafeteria, common area, and a food and nutrition classroom. Sustainable solutions, including our Granito flooring (available in 2mm and 3mm thickness) and Harmonirubber flooring, were developed in collaboration with technical consultants to meet the City of Stavanger’s ambitious goals for energy efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions.
